Anya may be one of the best I’ve ever seen extremely nice and understanding she’s always on point and one time she handed me the shake while they where extremely busy and before it even touched my hands she realized it wasn’t up to her standard and company standard and re-did it to ensure that it was better I mean you don’t get service like this anymore she’s awesome and we love her.

My brother and I had a fantastic drive-through experience. Great customer service through the drive-through super nice people inside the restaurant from what we could tell. The food was delicious and affordable love the new beef tollow fries. Also, our milkshake was the bomb in my opinion It’s better than Whataburger in every way including wait times customer service And flavor. Steak ‘n Shake making a comeback and we are here for it!
Service was outstanding, everyone was friendly, food was hot and fresh, milk shake was packed with toppings and delicious. Great value, don't know why anyone would go to whataburger, unless you want the opposite of what Steak n Shake offers. Support this business!!!!!
Great burgers and fries, chicken strips were good. I wish that we had the option to order from a person as we accidentally picked cheese fries when we wanted regular. The scanner to fill the pop cups was also a major pain and didn't work correctly.
Good food very fast service done in room was clean.Friendly staff parking lot has lots of spaces.And I believe I did see a wheelchair ramp
The beef tallow fries are literally the best in the industry now. Incredible flavor. You can pay with bitcoin now, which is honestly a very cool experience. Works flawlessly. I've been twice now just for the beef tallow fries and to experience paying with bitcoin. I'll be back.
Needed a midnight snack! The food was cooked to perfection and the fries were amazing. Everything was delicious and fresh. The milkshakes are the best. Atmosphere was bright and the staff were so nice and a pleasure to do business with.
